Bengals guarantees kittens we well against life threatening congenital
defects for two years. We do not give money refunds, but will replace
the kitten with one of equal value as determined by the breeder provided
the kitten is returned to us disease free. Should the kitten die,
a necropsy must be done by a licensed facility showing that the death was
due to a congenital defect before a replacement will be given. Purchaser
is responsible for necropsy and shipping. We do not prohibit the
resale of cats purchased from us. However, we have no contract with
or responsibility to subsequent owners. |

is a 6% sales tax in Kentucky which applies to the sale of cats. |

| We
have no kittens available at this time. We will have no kittens or
cats for sale in 2010. |
